You are probably already aware of this but just in case I happen to be the first person going to the MTS archive web site.

Thanks. The message I get is:
The Google Account of a site owner has been disabled because of a perceived violation of the Terms of Service. The site owner needs to restore their Google Account before this site can be viewed.
I've also seen:
Forbidden - Error 404
Nothing more specific than that. This started around 11:15 AM EST today. Not sure what it is all about. I had just uploaded two PDF documents to Google Drive and was accessing the new files via the web to figure out what the URLs to use were in order to link them into the MTS Bibliography page.
I filled out a form that should get Google to review things. Not sure how long that will take. I got what appears to be an automated response from email@example.com saying that my account was still active and in fact I can still log in and access Google Drive and Picasa files, I just can't access the MTS Archive site, a Google Sites site. I did find a note on the web that says it can take up to 24 hours for a Google Sites site to be reactivated after a Google account is restored.
I've been assuming that the account owner in question here is my Google account and that still seems most likely, but Gavin and Mike are also site owners and so I guess there could be problems with one of their Google accounts.
This is the second time something like this has happened. The previous time was a couple of years ago. We should probably start thinking about moving the MTS Archive site to some place other than Google. Unfortunately that will require a lot of busy work and I'd really rather spend my time working to get more material about MTS saved.

Santa came last night and when I got up this morning, I found that the MTS Archive site had been reenabled.
I wasn't really expecting anything, but no communication from Google about why the site was disabled or why it was reenabled.
